By blending functional movements with cardiovascular exercises like rowing, running, and cycling, Hybrid Training ensures you’re improving not only your physical strength but also your stamina and overall fitness. Plus, the constantly varied programming keeps it exciting, helping you break through plateaus. Whether you’re rowing, running, or cycling, the exercises are simple but powerful, ensuring that all fitness levels can participate and see incredible results.

You’ll be challenged with everything from pulling and pushing movements to endurance-based activities, all while keeping the atmosphere light and motivating. Each session brings something new to the table, so you’ll never get bored, and you’ll always feel like you’re progressing. If you’re looking for a class that makes you feel stronger, fitter, and more energized, this is it.

In the Hybrid programming you are likely to see an array of functional fitness movements utilised to achieve the desired stimulus needed to drive phenomenal and lasting results. Pull-ups, Toes to bar, Ring dips, Wall walks, Sit-ups, Box Jumps, Kettlebell Swings and DB movements are all staple features.

The Evolution of the Fitness Racing Phenomenon

As the Hybrid Class gains popularity, we’re thrilled to announce its expansion! Starting in 2025, in addition to our Saturday morning sessions, we’ll be offering an addition to this exciting class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings during the four months leading up to the Perth Hyrox event. These additional classes will provide more opportunities for you to fine-tune your endurance, strength, and speed before the race day.

Whether you’re preparing for the Hyrox competition or just want to challenge yourself further, these sessions are designed to help you build the stamina and resilience required for fitness racing. With more opportunities to train, you’ll experience the thrill of pushing your limits in ways you never thought possible. Our Hybrid class is constantly evolving, and with this expanded schedule, you’ll have even more chances to step into the world of the Hybrid Athlete and embrace the next era of fitness!

Hybrid runs on Saturday mornings from 09:00 till 11:00, typically with a 60 minute time cap, but sometimes longer when we are preparing our athletes for their Hyrox race day. We offer a Hybrid only membership too, so if you’re training for a fitness race and want to seriously up your cardiovascular game whilst working under muscular fatigue, you can join us on for our innovative Hybrid class every Saturday!
