Before starting any CrossFit program everybody must complete a mandatory Fundamentals course, this is to ensure you can perform the movements correctly and safely before letting you loose to play at High Intensity.
At CrossFit Euphonic we will coach and teach you how to Squat properly, Deadlift correctly, Olympic Weightlifting technique with the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch. We also cover a variety of other functional movements, with a short workout at the end featuring the movements we have just covered.
